We want you to be completely satisfied with every purchase you make at Cedar + Sage. We want you to not only love your new pieces but love our brand. Merchandise may be returned within 14 days from the date the order is received for a full refund back to the original form of payment. If you choose to return 15 days to 30 days from the day you receive your order, you qualify for store credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, smoke, or any other damages, the item(s) will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

Due to the nature of our business, we do not to exchanges. We buy new pieces frequently and often do not restock. As we want your shopping experience to be fun and exciting every time you visit Cedar + Sage. We strive to bring you fashionable pieces that are unique and special. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for a refund {if within our guidelines}.

All jewelry, artisan pieces, underwear, bras, lingerie and all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return.
D E F E C T I V E
If you receive defective merchandise, please contact us via email and your email will be answered within 48 hours so we can correct the issue.

  1. Make sure your return is allowed under our return policy.
  2. Email us notifying us of your return at cedarandsageco@gmail.com 
  3. Fill out the return form found inside the package you received. If you have lost your return form in your initial email, let us know and we will email you a new one.
  4. Choose a mail carrier that allows tracking, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  5. Once we receive your return, please allow 5 business days for processing. You will receive a delivery confirmation email once we have your item.
